This product has been designed for a limited use, and misuse of this product, including use for any unintended purpose or application, is prohibited and will void any warranty or obligation of Imprint Performance, LLC.

This product is warranted against any manufactured defect for a period of two months from date of purchase. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
Limitation of Liability
Manufacturer liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product which is returned to it within the specified period. The damaged product should be returned to the following address:

In no event shall Imprint Performance, LLC’s liability exceed the value of the product(s) sold. In no event shall Imprint Performance, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of any of its products.
Cautions
Although the product is believed to be safe when used as intended, care should be taken to avoid applying excessive force when using the product to make adjustments to the individual’s knee brace. It is further recommended that the individual inspect the product prior to use to identify any abrasions or other material defects that could cause cuts or other injuries to the person’s skin.
Entire Obligation
If any part of these terms is determined to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a comparable provision that is enforceable in the applicable jurisdiction and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
